Deliveries are usually within 2-5  business days from the time of your order (note: business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). 

We aim to pack and send all stock within 24hrs of ordering. If any products are temporarily unavailable then delivery may take longer, be assured we will inform you prior. Tracking numbers will be available for every order.

Shipping is flat rate of $8 per unit Australia wide.

Free Shipping on all orders over $100 Australia wide. 

International shipping is currently unavailable, but will be commencing late 2018

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

 

Please let us know if you receive damaged or faulty goods and we'll either issue you a refund or exchange the item on its return. If you're not happy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unused via tracked shipping to the address provided. 
When we've received the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Sorry we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
